Officers are appealing for help to identify the man as part of an investigation into a reported arson at Sainsbury's in Windy Bank. The incident was reported to police at around 2.30am on August 1 after a small fire broke out in the car park. Lancashire Police said enquiries are ongoing and officers believe the man shown in the footage may be able to assist their investigation. A spokesperson said: "We know this isn't of the best quality, but we are hoping that if you know this man, you may recognise him from this." Anyone who recognises the man, or has information that could help the investigation, is asked to call 101 quoting log 0320 of August 1.
