Boon takes the role following seven years at the brand, having joined as an intern before progressing to creative assistant. During his time at Duke & Dexter, Boon has worked across creative campaigns and product design, most notably creating the brand’s best-selling Wilde Penny Loafer. In his new role, Boon will oversee creative strategy across product, campaigns and branded storytelling, with a focus on strengthening the relationship between the brand and its loyal customer base. “As creative director, my focus is on pushing that even further, exploring how art and human touch can be applied across everything we do. The appointment comes as Duke + Dexter look to expand beyond its footwear heritage, growing further into apparel and formalwear while strengthening partnerships with leading wholesale retailers.
