Princeton, WV (WOAY) A Mercer County woman is facing child abuse charges in Princeton. Officers discovered drug paraphernalia, including needles and aluminum foil coated in burnt drug residue around the building and inside a small shed on the property. Police also discovered a minor on the property, who was smoking a vape and suspected to be impaired. The juvenile was on the condemned property the previous night around 9:00 pm and was released to adult supervision. Barton was arrested and charged with child abuse creating risk of injury or death.
