Chris Sutton believes Celtic still have important work to do before the transfer window closes, despite adding Kasper Høgh and Camilo Duran to the squad. Both players have been linked with moves away, and Sutton believes Celtic must be ready to replace them properly if either one leaves. Kieran Tierney is currently the only clear senior option in that position, and Sutton believes the lack of cover could become a problem. “At the end of the transfer window, it will be a lot easier to judge how every team in the Scottish Premiership will fare,” he added. Sutton believes Martin O’Neill’s hunger for the job is still clear, but he knows the pressure will grow quickly if Celtic fail to reach the group stage.
