A Bowling Green man was arrested for alleged domestic violence and strangulation after he called BG Police Division to report a confrontation with the woman he was sharing an apartment with. According to the police report, it appeared both Laurie and the woman had inflicted injuries to the other. The woman reportedly hit Laurie with a butane torch, bit his arm, and ripped two shirts he was wearing. Laurie reportedly hit the woman multiple times, pushed her into a wall, choked her, and pushed her down to lick his shoes. She was taken to Wood County Hospital, and Laurie was taken to Wood County Jail.
