Finley, 13, from Wigan, was last seen in Little Lever at around 5pm on Tuesday July 28, 2026. Police describe him as a white male, around five feet, of slim build and mousey brown hair. He was last seen wearing a black coat with yellow writing on the sleeves, dark-coloured pants, and grey trainers with red laces.
