AP Health Department Reports Job Racket to CID

Vijayawada:The health department has lodged a complaint with the state CID about a racket in duping unemployed youths through the issue of fake appointment letters, interview call letters and appointment orders. The CID has been advised to hold an inquiry to identify the culprits behind such an illegal practice. Based on direction from health secretary G. Veerapandian, chief administrative officer Prakasa Rao submitted the complaint to CID director general Ravisankar Ayyanar here on Monday. They used the name of National Health Mission located in the office of health commissioner at Mangalagiri. The health department made it clear that any appointment in the department would be taken up by the AP Medical Services Recruitment Board and done through DSCR.
