Hyderabad:A city criminal court at Nampally on Monday granted the police two-day custody of Mahbb Alam Khan, second accused in the murder of Wakf activist and High Court advocate Khaja Moizuddin. His son Mujahid Alam Khan is the prime accused in the murder which occurred on May 23. The court granted the Nampally station house offer the custody of Mahbub Alam Khan from August 6 till August 7. The court said he will be in the custody of the Nampally SHO from 10 am on August 6 till 4.30 pm on August 7. The superintendent jailor at the Chanchalguda Central Prison was directed to hand over custody of Mahbub Alam Khan to the SHO, Nampally by 10 am on August 6.
