The absence of completed transit accommodation has emerged as one of the most persistent challenges confronting Prime Minister’s Package employees. On numerous occasions, employees were informed that possession of residential quarters would soon be handed over. Simultaneously, all procedural and administrative obstacles preventing the handing over of already allotted residential quarters should be resolved expeditiously. The Prime Minister’s Rehabilitation Package symbolises the nation’s commitment towards restoring confidence among displaced Kashmiri migrants and facilitating their meaningful return to the Valley. Completing the long-pending transit accommodation projects and ensuring immediate possession of the allotted quarters would represent a significant step towards honouring that commitment.
