(ABC 6 News)–A new art center could be coming to Rochester. On Tuesday, the Olmsted County Board will discuss approving a letter of commitment to have the Southeast Minnesota Performing Arts Center be located at the old Seneca property. The letter sent to the board asks for a portion of land to be donated for the center. As for the old corn cob water tower at the site, it’s expected to remain under the current proposal. A timeline for the project is also exptected to be laid out Tuesday.
