OCALA, FL (352today.com) – Florida voters will head to the polls Tuesday, Aug. 18, 2026, for the 2026 primary election, but early in-person voting begins Aug. 8 in Marion County.
Aug. 18: Primary Election Day, polls open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Vote-by-mail ballots must be received by the Marion County Supervisor of Elections by 7 p.m. on Election Day to be counted.
Election Day VotingUnlike early voting, voters must cast their ballot at their assigned precinct on Election Day.
