Police are hunting two masked men after a car was deliberately torched in South Lanarkshire on Sunday. Emergency services were called to Ivy Place in Blantyre at around 11.40pm after reports of a vehicle on fire. Enquiries carried out so far have established that two men, pushing a bicycle, were seen in the vicinity at the time of the incident.
