Four men have been charged after a cannabis farm worth £1.3 million was raided in the Scottish Borders. More than 1,600 plants were discovered with an estimated value of at least £1.3 million. The men, aged 45, 42, 41 and 35, were arrested and charged in connection with the discovery. Chief Inspector David Rourke said: “This was a significant recovery which demonstrates our continued commitment to the Serious Organised Crime Taskforce and the country’s Serious Organised Crime Strategy.
