An entity linked to investment firm Egeria Group acquired a 93-unit apartment portfolio at 11-19 Peterborough St. and 19 Queensberry St. for $37.5M, according to public records. The Davis Cos. has sold a couple of other Fenway apartment communities over the last decade. In 2024, the company sold an apartment complex at 100 Hemenway to Wingate for $36M. In June, Davis, in partnership with the Copley Group, sold a 55-unit apartment complex at 77-81 Park Drive to Plumbrook Capital Partners for $27M. Davis has made 67 residential investments across 16 states comprising more than 15,000 units, according to its website.
