Elizabeth “Bettie” RaymondElizabeth “Bettie” J. Raymond, 93, of Pickerington, formerly of Zanesville, passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 23, 2026, at StoryPoint of Pickerington. Born on Monday, November 21, 1932, in Zanesville, Bettie was the daughter of William G. Watson and Rose Albert Watson. She is survived by her daughter, Kim (John) Markell of Pickerington; her son, Steve (Mary) Raymond of Richmond, Virginia; her daughter-in-law, Marcy Raymond of Columbus; her beloved grandchildren, Jake Raymond, Nick Raymond, Ryan Markell, Taylor Markell, Gabby Raymond, Amanda Raymond, Sam Raymond, Carson (Colman) Raymond, and Greg (Dawn) Bossick; three great-grandchildren, Chaplin Raymond, McCall Raymond, and Annie Bossick; her sisters-in-law; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends. In addition to her parents and her husband, Bettie was preceded in death by her daughter, Ann Watson Raymond, and her son, Chad Raymond. Burial will follow in Zanesville Memorial Park, where Bettie will be laid to rest beside her beloved husband and daughter.
