Before a crowd of nearly 200 family, friends, supporters, and neighbors, James Skoufis took the oath of office for the 99th Assembly District this past Sunday; Town of Woodbury Judge David Levinson presided over the swearing-in at Palaia Winery. “Elections are a matter of trust – voters choosing who they entrust to best represent them, their interests, and their values.
