After sharing initial details back in April, HoYoverse announced that Genshin Impact Version 7.0 will launch on August 12, with the highlight being Teyvat’s seventh nation, Snezhnaya. While new characters are the highlights of most Genshin Impact updates, Version 7.0’s main draw is no doubt Snezhnaya. As for her Elemental Burst, she can deal waves of AoE Cryo DMG while increasing the Stellar Glimmer reaction DMG she deals. The new version update will add limited-time events, including train racing and target shooting. Genshin Impact Version 7.0 launches on all platforms on August 12, 2026.
