After it is all out, place items into four categories: keep, donate, sell and discard. Each tool has its designated storage place, so projects don’t spread to other areas of the workshop. Often, wall space is underutilized, while floor space is overutilized. Epoxy or simple sealant garage floor coatings are much simpler to apply when there is no one in the garage, and the humidity is low during the summer. A one-car garage mainly used for storage is quite different from a two-car garage with a workshop area.
