Organisers said they had been "absolutely overwhelmed" by the response to Cannington Viaduct Revisited, thanking everyone who booked, shared posts and supported the event. In a statement, they said all guided walk places had been taken within around an hour. The organisers said: "We have been absolutely overwhelmed by the response to Cannington Viaduct Revisited. "All guided walk places were taken within around an hour, and we are genuinely sorry that so many people have been disappointed. Although the guided walks are fully booked, places remain available for the Village Hall Heritage Experience, where visitors can watch a new film, view displays, enjoy refreshments and learn more about the story of the viaduct throughout the weekend.
