An officer in Texas was nearly struck by a car while he had another driver pulled over on the side of a highway. The El Paso Police Department posted a bodycam video of the incident as a warning to drivers to be aware of their surroundings. The officer was shown conducting a routine traffic stop when an accused distracted driver smashed into the back of the pulled-over vehicle while going at a high rate of speed.
