The free storytelling event runs from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.On Thursday, August 6, the venue continues the celebration with See What Love Can Do, a live tribute to the Jerry Garcia Band. The 8 p.m. performance will draw from the soulful, exploratory music Garcia pursued beyond the Grateful Dead. The Days Between programming reflects Sweetwater Music Hall’s deep connection to Marin County’s musical history. Established in 1972, Sweetwater has long served as an intimate gathering place for artists, fans, and members of the Bay Area music community. Following the Jerry Garcia celebrations, Sweetwater’s August schedule continues Friday, August 7, with Bay Area rock veterans Flamin’ Groovies and Hot Laundry.
