HSL Furniture will soon be launching at unit 30 of Elk Mill Central Retail Park in Royton, Oldham, after receiving advertisement consent for an illuminated fascia sign. The application comes almost a year after Card Factory was granted consent to open in the same unit, with it unclear if the brand ever opened its doors. The illuminated sign will stand approximately 0.8 metres high and 3.75 metres wide. Planning documents show that the illuminated sign will face the retail park’s car park, which is considered a public highway. Unit 30 was formerly home to Currys PC World and sits next to Sofology within the retail park.
