Name of the Post: Law Clerk No. Provided that the candidate studying in the fifth year of the Five-Year Integrated Law Course or the third year of the Three-Year Law Course after graduation in any stream will also be eligible to apply, subject to furnishing proof of acquiring Law qualification before taking up the assignment as Law Clerk. The Candidate should have passed the Degree in Law within 2 years immediately preceding the date of notification for selection of Law Clerks. The Candidate who enrolled as an Advocate, If selected as a Law Clerk shall suspend the practice before joining as Law Clerk and shall keep the suspension alive till he/she demits the Law Clerkship.
