Vance Boelter was in court at the Hennepin County Public Safety Center on Monday for his first appearance on state charges for the shootings of two Minnesota lawmakers and their spouses. The state case against Boelter had been on hold until a resolution of the federal charges in the case. Boelter did not enter a plea on Monday morning.
