Anna McGee of AP Training in downtown Duluth said they’re sneaky because they may not seem like much. “They’re kind of the things that you don’t think are worthwhile doing because they’re very easy to do and very easy not to do.” For a few ideas, McGee suggests:Counter push-ups while waiting for water to boilGlute squeezes during dish washing dutySquats while the microwave reheats leftoversTake extra trips to bring groceries in from the carShe said even “sneaky” workouts count. “Say you do 20 glute squeezes a day, that’s like 160 a week and over 500+ a month,” McGee said.
