A propane torch being used in landscape work is believed to have started a fire in Gnesen Township Monday afternoon. Area fire departments responded to the blaze on Normanna Road at 4:24 p.m., where an unoccupied structure was on fire. No one was harmed, said the St. Louis County Sheriff’s Office.
