Chad Gable has finally avenged his career at WWE SummerSlam 2026 Night Two. In the second-to-last match of the night at WWE SummerSlam Night Two, Gable faced off against Penta for the Intercontinental title. The result of the match jumps back to January 2025, when Penta made his official WWE debut against Gable, which also somehow helped kick-start the entire El Grande Americano storyline. Just weeks after his highly praised AAA match against Ludwig Kaiser’s El Grande Americano, Gable has now secured his first singles title in WWE. After the match, Penta put the title on Gable’s waist and raised his arm as the crowd cheered.
