Sudanese rights group Emergency Lawyers said a Sudanese army drone strike killed at least 35 people at a civil court in North Darfur, according to the Associated Press (AP).
Drones struck the court headquarters in Al-Zawiya Gara village, the rights group said on Sunday.
The group described the court as a civilian facility that serves judicial and social functions in the region.
Attacks against civilians and civilian sites violate international humanitarian law and call for an investigation, the group stated.
Both sides increasingly use drones, which the United Nations said caused more than 80% of conflict-related civilian deaths during the first four months of 2026.
