Bayern Munich's continuing quest to find and sign the best young talents in Europe continues. Their path to doing so has taken them to multiple different countries and continents, such as South America, and the latest potential target comes from South Africa and Cape Town City and goes by the name of Emile Witbooi. This was revealed by Cape Town City's chairman on a recent podcast recording (as captured by @iMiaSanMia):Cape Town City chairman John Comitis reveals that Bayern have invited South African talent Emile Witbooi (17) for a trial. South Africa is, obviously, not in the EU and therefore Witbooi cannot transfer to Bayern before the age of 18, nor is he allowed to play for the Bavarians' youth teams. His 18th birthday is on August 28, before the current summer transfer window closes, meaning any interested European club could theoretically sign Cape Town City's #10 before the summer is up.
