The commissioners tabled a motion to intervene on the Northeast Oklahoma Transmission Enhancement Project (NEOTEP). Sample documents to send to the Oklahoma Corporation Commission were presented to the board, however no formal letter was presented. The commissioners will review a letter and possibly vote on the item in next week's meeting. Assistant District Attorney Ashley Kane sent a letter to the board advising against intervening on the project.
