Shreveport Police officers responded to the Wellington Square Apartments on Jewella Avenue to reports of shots fired. When SPD Officers got to the scene, they took Larvis Cosby into custody after an investigation revealed that she allegedly shot a gun during an argument with a man at the apartment complex. Witnesses told officers that Cosby had a black handgun and fired one shot at the man before another person was able to disarm her.
