The Shreveport Police Department has made an arrest in connection with a fatal shooting that happened on North Windermere Drive. Shreveport Police Detectives responded to the scene, processed evidence, and obtained a search warrant for the residence to collect items of evidentiary value. Shreveport Police Detectives located and arrested Kobe Starks, who was booked into the Shreveport City Jail on that charge.
