YouTuber Jay Kujan is doing it with rudder pedals, a center stick, and a throttle lever – seated in a full cockpit frame while a GPS helicopter hovers in his backyard. Sold under the name Wolfbush FF10 and available through Razordon, this device defies easy categorization as a conventional simulator. The hydraulic dampers on the cyclic stick and rudder pedals are tuned to replicate actual control surface resistance rather than the spring-centered feel of a standard thumbstick. The FF10, by contrast, goes to the field, controls real aircraft, comes home, and plugs into the computer. Razordon also markets a second cockpit unit, the H17, which is purpose-built around helicopter operation and includes a dedicated collective pitch lever.
