BISMARCK, N.D. – Ahead of a special session, North Dakota State Senator Josh Boschee has resigned his seat in the North Dakota Legislature. The session was called by Governor Kelly Armstrong on Monday to deal with a ban on kratom. “It has been my greatest honor to represent my downtown and north Fargo neighbors over the past 14 years. While the job hasn’t always been easy, it has certainly been rewarding to help address concerns that impact our community and state,” Boschee said. “The best part of the job has been interacting with neighbors on a number of issues and helping them engage in the legislative process.”
