Hastings RNLI needs help in several roles, including lifeboat visits officer, box collector, events organiser and fundraising volunteers. Paul Freathy, volunteer chair of the Hastings Lifeboat Management Group, said: "Our shore and boat crew do a tremendous job, saving lives at sea.
