The event, held in Eastbourne, was organised in partnership by Josh Babarinde OBE MP and Stagecoach South East, and gave residents a chance to speak directly with Stagecoach South East about their experiences and expectations.
Joel Mitchell, managing director of Stagecoach South East, said: "The forum was a fantastic opportunity to listen to our customers and hear first-hand what matters to them.
"Improving bus services requires a long-term approach, including investment in measures that help buses run more reliably and make public transport a more attractive choice.
Mr Babarinde said: "I enjoyed welcoming the Stagecoach team to Eastbourne to meet with residents.
"That's why I've been pushing in Parliament for more funding to help deliver affordable, accessible and reliable local bus services for our town."
