Queen Victoria Hospital NHS Foundation Trust (QVH) has been approved to join the existing trust group formed by Ashford and St Peter's Hospitals and Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust. In December 2025, QVH identified the trust group as its preferred strategic partner. Under the expanded partnership, QVH will remain an independent NHS Foundation Trust with its own Board, leadership, identities and accountability. The existing trust group model between ASPH and RSFT allows for close collaboration while protecting each organisation’s independence and local identity. The partnership will focus on combining expertise, developing clinical networks, supporting staff and improving patient outcomes and experiences.
