Lawson, who has penned more than 250 episodes since joining the soap's core writing team in 2008, will be participating in the Brighton Summit on October 15. Lawson, known for scripting unforgettable storylines from car crashes to character resurrections, will be sharing the art of storytelling in an interactive hour-long afternoon session. A spokesman from Brighton Chamber said: "That storytelling ability is something we all need in our businesses. "Letting go and learning the tricks of the soap writing trade is about trusting your creative instincts and not blocking your ideas before they're even formed. Brighton Summit: Think Differently is now in its 13th year and will take place at Brighton Dome.
