Now, he must either pay hourly for time-limited on-street parking, or leave his car 20 minutes' walk away. "And the waiting list is just insane. Mr Isabel's waiting list position has moved slowly - from 429th in mid-May to 428th by early June, and down to around 354th by mid-July. "Demand for on-street parking in central areas continues to exceed the available supply.
