GRAND FORKS — A federal grand jury dismissed the case against a Bemidji woman who was indicted for interference with flight crew members and attendants. The federal case against Jody Sherry-Berg was dismissed on Friday. She finished the supervision period without any negative status reports. According to the indictment, she “did knowingly interfere with the performance" of a flight attendant onboard, allegedly physically assaulting him. Sherry-Berg was indicted for interference with flight crew members and attendants on April 3, 2025.
