You really didn’t think we were going to make it through Lollapalooza without a urine story, did you? As we’ve learned from Olivia Rodrigo (who joined Billy Corgan as a surprise guest during The Smashing Pumpkins’ Friday night headlining set), there is a type of festival attendee who will camp at the rail no matter the comfort cost: some resort to wearing diapers; others, apparently, pee in a bag, plop it into a box, and excavate it by passing it backward through the crowd. I guess it’s better than actually going on the grounds themselves, but there definitely has to be a better solution out there. Elsewhere at Lollapalooza 2026, Charli XCX was great, and there was lesbian mud wrestling.
