Penrith centre Casey McLean’s unlucky injury run has continued, with scans revealing he’s suffered a small fracture in his hand. The Weekender’s Peter Lang is reporting that McLean will have surgery this afternoon with no definite timeframe on a return. He will definitely miss this Friday’s showdown with the Warriors in Auckland. Earlier this year, a quad strain ruled McLean out for several weeks including the second and third State of Origin matches. Izack Tago is McLean’s likely replacement in the centres for Friday’s match.
