Rochester, NY - On July 4, around 11:40pm, Officers responded to the area of Texas Street and Child Street for the report of a person shot. Officers located a male in his 20s suffering from multiple, life threatening, gunshot wounds to the lower body. He was transported to Strong Hospital and rushed into surgery, where medical staff successfully treated him, upgrading his status to non-life threatening. On July 31, the United States Marshal’s Violent Fugitive Task Force located Chisolm and safely took him into custody. He was transported to the Monroe County Jail and charged as follows:
