LISTEN: Dead Horse’s “Dynamite” Explodes With Fierce Musical Attack

Glide Magazine
London/Kent noise-garage post-punk trio Dead Horse blends jagged riffs, mutant surf lines, deranged sax bursts, and absurdist lyrics that position the band somewhere between garage-punk chaos, post-punk satire, and theatrical collapse.
After releasing the EPs Dead Horse I (2020) and Hot Martyr (2022), the band returns with their debut album Caught The Nonsense, out September 11, 2026, on Sister 9 Recordings.
Recorded with Connor Jones at Humm Studios, Bristol, and mastered by Shawn Joseph at Optimum Mastering, the album captures Dead Horse at their sharpest, strangest, and most unhinged.
“Dynamite” is the album’s first single, and it leans hard into the band’s aesthetic, adopting a quasi-Latin feel with a collection of killer guitar hooks.
All the while, the band bashes its way through the changes as if the show is just getting started.
