Sony’s various Marvel’s Spider-Man games are enjoying a renaissance on the back of new movie Brand New Day’s outrageous Box Office success. While we don’t have player numbers for PS5, Steam data shows Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered, Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales, and Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 have all enjoyed increases in concurrent players this past weekend. In the case of Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered, it enjoyed its highest peak concurrents since its launch on PC in 2022, peaking at around 16k players on Sunday. It’s a similar story for Marvel’s Spider-Man 2, which maxed out at about 12k this weekend. On the PS Store, Insomniac’s sequel has risen to about 30th place on the best-sellers list, while the limited install base of PSNProfiles pegs it about 15th in terms of most played games.
