Kerry club hurling side Abbeydorney had Oisin Maunsell to thank as his 2-04 haul fired them to a Senior Hurling Championship three-in-a-row on Sunday - all while nursing a broken wrist and thumb. A star of the Kingdom's hurling team, Maunsell came into the final as a key man for Abbeydorney's three-in-a-row seeking side. Incredibly, he also began the game despite two separate injuries hampering him; a broken right wrist as well as a broken thumb on his left hand. And the player himself echoed that warrior-like mentality as he described a busy week filled with scans ahead of the final.
