Aug 03, 2026Dwayne Page87 year old Jack Cook of Alexandria died Sunday, August 2 at his residence. In addition to his parents, Cook was preceded in death by his brothers and sisters, Lou Cook, Irene Durso, Norman “Nug” Cook, James “Buddy” Cook, Bill Cook, and Charles D. Cook. He is survived by his wife of 62 years Matilda Cook of Alexandria. Children, Stephanie (Ricky) Page of Lebanon and Jack Rodney Cook of Lebanon. Great grandchildren, Lila Jane Driver, Ezekiel Driver, Boone Savage, Bear Savage, and Arthur Page along with many nieces, nephews, and loved ones.
