Auctioneers have scheduled the sale of former Cabinet Secretary Raphael Tuju's Entim Sidai property in Karen after he allegedly failed to comply with High Court conditions requiring him to deposit KSh50 million as security in an ongoing loan dispute with the East African Development Bank (EADB).
