EXCLUSIVE: Sony Pictures has inked a deal for Jill Blankenship to pen Castle, a medieval action film stemming from an original idea from Chris Bremner‘s Unknown Quantity. Bremner will produce alongside his partner Jeff Arkuss, who we’re told has been instrumental in bringing this project together. Watch on DeadlineAfter writing Sony’s recent hit Bad Boys films, Bad Boys for Life and Bad Boys: Ride or Die, Bremner’s Unknown Quantity was signed to a writing and producing deal with the studio. As a producer, Bremner has several projects set up at Sony Pictures, including Permission by Dan Roe and You Up by Gabe Delahaye. Bremner and Unknown Quantity are repped by WME, Kaplan/Perrone, and attorneys Greg Slewett and Deb Lintz.
