Late Fame, which premiered a year ago this month at the Venice Film Festival, is a gem. Friends only know Ed as a fellow postal worker, certainly not as a man who once wrote poems with the gift of Frost. But that was another life, another time, and so when Meyers invites Ed to his group it is met with some resistance. Unfortunately she has demons, and Lee is truly stunning in a role that runs the gamut.
